After more than four decades in this wonderful industry, very little takes our CEO, Richard Thompson, by surprise.
But this extraordinary accolade genuinely did.
Richard said that this recognition belongs as much to the entire Inclu Travel Group team as it does to him. He highlighted their relentless commitment that has helped ensure that guest inclusivity and disability are no longer seen as a side conversation, but are firmly placed at the top table of decision-making in luxury hospitality and travel.
