One unified group. One shared purpose. One collective goal.

Committed to inspiring, empowering and supporting luxury hospitality, travel and lifestyle organisations, Inclu Group proudly introduces a unified and era-defining collection of B2B and consumer brands to transform the landscape of possibility and opportunity for millions of disabled people across the globe and our industry’s capacity to welcome and delight them.

Heritage

Inclu Group may be a new name, but we are built on a peerless foundation of accumulated knowledge and understanding.

Crafted and curated by a lead team with more than five decades of professional and lived-disability experience and a proven capacity to effect real change in this massively underserved market, Inclu Group has mastered the art of turning previously unattainable travel dreams into a kaleidoscope of achievable, authentically inclusive leisure and lifestyle opportunity, whatever a client’s visible or non-visible physical, sensory or neuro-divergent exceptionality. We call it the ‘luxury of possibility’.

Pioneers of Conscious Inclusivity

Pioneers of crafting equity of experience in luxury hospitality and travel, our philosophy is enshrined in what we have defined as ‘Conscious Inclusivity’ – a paradigm shift of thinking and actions that goes well beyond the narrow focus of ‘accessibility’. Too often seen as the only measure of an organisation’s capacity to accommodate guests with disabilities, in practice ‘accessibility’ has little qualitative impact on the actual customer experience.

In contrast, Conscious Inclusivity identifies ‘facility’ – the built and physical environment – as only one facet of genuinely equitable provision. The major influence on an organisation’s capacity to welcome and delight disabled guests is instead an impeccable, personalised and consciously inclusive service, delivered by an aware, empowered and confident workforce, facilitating access to the full range of amenities and experiences that a hotel, restaurant, event and meeting space, service or destination has to offer.
